There are three types of Consultants. Type 1 provides a gap analysis and assessment of your organization’s strength and weakness’s. A report is provided. Type 2 provides the same services as Type 1 but also provides a potential solution. Type 3 provides the same services as Type 1 and Type 2 but helps the organization implement the solutions by “rolling up his/her sleeves” and getting in the trenches with the client.
